Adds optional GRID0+ login, account-token handoff, Nintendo host redirection and private CA trust, with desktop Network settings. Empty settings preserve the upstream path and configured identity failures return errors.

Validation: emulator and tests built; core/socket tests passed (12 cases, 91 assertions). Raiders reaches the title screen at 60 FPS and invokes the GRID0+ BAAS login over verified TLS. The inherited credentials returned 401; a successful game-server handshake remains unverified.
