    fixing the render thread to be present more often should finally fix matches in splatoon 3 and lag

    Tested on a Rog ally, a friend reported his game stayed locked at 60 in a private battle and salmon run, at 40w, 20w, and 15!

    ive yet to make the fixes to android too, but atleast performance should be fixed for most computers!
